Fame is fickle, #TweetTheEntireBeeMovieScript2017

Hey y’all what’s good it’s Leah. I am hanging out in the world just trying to make it through life. Sorry for the lack of a true entry this past week, I was having a rough time. Let's just get right on into it, the musings of an essentialy mad woman.

In the past month I’ve achieved absolute fame. A few entries ago I mentioned that I got onto ESPN. Still handling the paparazzi from that. Another incredible thing has happened.

The University of Alabama twitter had retweeted a picture posted by UA rowing. It was of the sunrise in Tuscaloosa. They said nothing quite compared to a Tuscaloosa sunrise, but I disagree.

I have a photo taken from my freshman year of college. It rains in Tuscaloosa a lot. And it was particularly raining when I had to walk to my English class. I was resenting going beyond belief. But when I got there, the rain cleared up and the sun began to set. I took the most amazing picture I have ever taken. It’s included below.

So I’ve had this picture for the past two years and have not done anything whatsoever with it. So I decided to tweet it at Alabama and was SHOCKED by the PRESS I RECEIVED. THEY RETWEETED MY POST. I had to give my statement! They are going to use my picture maybe possibly someday eventually on OTHER social MEDIa platforms. THIS IS IT.

However I quickly learned how FAKE and FICKLE fame is, but specifically how fake FAMILY and UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA OFFICIAL TWITTER PAGES CAN BE.

I thought I was special for my retweet from Bama. I thought it meant I was an amazing source of content for everyone in the world. I was the foundation of The University of Alabama. I was about to become the president. I would replace the dean for the college of Engineering. But then that was crushed the second my sister, Shaina, who also attends UA, tweeted at them with a picture, included below. She got so many more likes and retweets than me. I could cope with that. But then, the unthinkable happened, and I was blatantly stabbed in the back. The University of Alabama retweeted her. I have no words (just kidding I always have words).

On the subject of twitter (Still exhaustively putting effort into transitioning between topics), Twitter has now doubled the length of tweets, from 140 characters to 280 characters. Somehow the world continues to spin.

There are two reactions of the twitter-ites, two schools of thoughts. Those for 280 characters, and those against. J.K Rowling and Stephen King are included in the party of those opposed.

I can see their point. HOWEVER, I have no idea what USP stands for. Nonetheless, I see this as an opportunity for creating powerful tweets. Specifically comedic ones. Or this tweet from the official Beef twitter.

If we keep pushing, we can persuade twitter to allow infinite characters and I can post the entire script of the Bee Movie in one tweet.

Once again, I want to apologize for the lack of content in this previous week.

This is how I felt all of last week up until this point. So distressed. Now I’m able to concentrate a lot better and provide the “quality” “content” I “said” I "promised" I would "provide".

This is without doubt the most mediocre writing experience humanly possible but all 9 of you that are here, I value you guys so much. This is really fun for me and I would love to continue to provide as best as I can.

The Spotify playlist is still being posted each week! I’ll have a new one to include the second I release this entry.

I include a joke of sorts in every playlist. This week, look at the first letter of every song for a message <3

Leah's Lounge Playlist

Anyway, thank you guys all so very much! Have a great weekend, eat a fish stick, and I hope you grow taller this week.
